Taylor in the Lights
Back to JournalFor this recent shoot, we hung fairy lights and roses from the ceiling. To better light Taylor’s face, I augmented the fairy lights with a single gelled strobe. I used a small reflector dish with a 10° grid, and most of the grid was taped over with gaffer’s tape to severely limit the light output.
Taylor stood amongst the lights and we shot the entire set at 85mm f/1.2. We added some fog to the air for some of the photos, though it’s subtle.
